MTi steel making plant consists of steel melting furnace, ladle furnace and continuous casting machine with steel grade for making mild steel, carbon steel, alloy steel and high strength steel.

And the equipment can be divided as follows according to production capacity:

1. Steel melting furnace:

1.1 Induction Melting Furnace (IMF): 5ton, 10ton, 20ton, 30ton

1.2 Electric Arc Furnace (EAF): 30ton, 50ton, 80ton, 100ton

2. Ladle furnace (LF) with AOD: 15ton, 30ton, 50ton, 80ton, 100ton

3. Continuous Casting Machine (CCM): 50,000ton/y, 120,000ton/y, 200,000ton/y, 300,000tom/y, 500,000ton/y

1. Input material: scrap steel, Scraps, Cast & steel, Pig Iron, Sponge, Iron & Direct reduced Iron (DRI)

2. Products: Billet 115x115 ~ 165x165 x 6000 mm

3. Annual production capacity: 50,000ton/y, 120,000ton/y, 200,000ton/y, 300,000tom/y, 500,000ton/y
